Return Instructions

·        All jewelry items must be repacked in its original box with original packaging materials and original proof of purchase. For diamond jewelry, you must include the copy of the diamond certificate.  For watches, you must include manuals, blank warranty cards, and instruction booklets.  Any additional items included with your purchase such as gift with purchase offers, must also be returned as sent or you can be liable for a $250 replacement cost that will be deducted from the refund amount. You can either ship (at your cost) your piece of jewelry or come in with an appointment during our business hours at:

·        The RMA number must be written on the original invoice and on the return-shipping label. Avital & Co., located in the heart of the world famous Diamond District in New York City (NYC), will not accept any merchandise without an RMA number.

·        Insure Your Package. Avital & Co. will not accept any merchandise without that has not been insured. On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:

·        $500 or less: within the U.S., you can ship your package via any carrier. We recommend Fed Ex. Whomever you use, make sure you return it with return receipt requested.

·        Avital & Co. recommends that you use Fed Ex. Insure the package for the total value of the contents and request a return receipt at a nominal fee that alerts you once Avital & Co. has received your shipment.

·        More than $25,000: High value returns often require special arrangements. We recommend contacting Avital & Co., for assistance and suggested methods for returning your purchase.
